Review:

This is a beautifully written children's book about a child named Evan and his quest to give a new bike to someone and in so doing learns a lot about himself and that kindness goes a long way. What's interesting is that this story was actually based on the author's experience as a kid out there earning her own bike while growing up in Africa. The writing was superb and the illustrations are so perfect! It would make a great story to be read to children in order to instill the real meaning of kindness and would also make a great classroom read. I give this wonderful book 5 stars!
